"Nashir News Agency, which operates multiple channels and groups on the messaging app Telegram in both Arabic and English, shared new join-up links to Arabic-language Telegram groups under the "Nashir News Agency" brand between 12 November and 1 December. Some English/French-language groups have also been advertised."
