So, I was fascinated to read Prof. Otterbeck&#8217;s article:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Details: Jonas Otterbeck, For the Love of the Beloved: Peter Murphy\u2019s Creative Use of Sufi tropes. (2023).\u00a0<em>AURA &#8211; Tidsskrift for Akademiske Studier Av nyreligi\u00f8sitet\u00a0<\/em>,\u00a0<em>13<\/em>, 21-46.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.31265\/aura.721\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.31265\/aura.721<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And &#8211; essentially &#8211; there is an accompanying playlist. While I had heard some of Murphy&#8217;s recent work (including his last album), there are many tracks here that had escaped my attention.
