If we think about Islamic State & al-Qaeda affiliates in terms of a #MarchMadness2024 bracket, #ISISK (Islamic State Khorasan) would the the number one overall seed. After U.S. withdrawal from AFG in Aug 2021, intel has degraded significantly. ISIS-K has both capability & intent.
