It is always nice to see research in print, so I was pleased to receive Dr Taqwa Zabidi’s book Untangling Khunuthah Condition: An Approach from Islamic Biomedical Ethics in the post today.
The book is partly based on Taqwa’s PhD and has an accessible design, which helps open up this complex subject to a wide readership. It is published by JAKIM (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia).
I was the Director of Studies for Taqwa’s PhD at UWTSD (co-supervised by Prof. Bettina Schmidt).
